Danielle Redmond
I am the founder of Holistika Kitchen
“My mission is to promote and facilitate a healthy and conscious lifestyle, inspiring others to adopt the belief that our well-being is influenced by our dietary choices and self-care practices”
As a certified Holistic Nutritionist, Eating Psychology Coach, Mind-Body Nutrition Coach, Shiatsu Massage Therapist, and EFT Master Trainer, with additional studies in other various wellness modalities, I continually expand my knowledge, currently, I am excited to be undertaking a yoga teacher training course. Having travelled to 44 countries across 6 continents, I offer valuable insights that provide a distinct perspective on health and wellness. I employ a diverse range of skills to support participants in achieving optimal health. I firmly believe that each person’s journey is unique, and I am committed to providing personalised care to everyone I work with.
Since 2015, my team and I at Holistika Kitchen have catered to over a hundred retreats and private events, providing healthy and nourishing meals. We use only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients to create mouth-watering dishes that will nourish your guests from the inside out. Whether you’re looking for vegan, gluten-free or other dietary options, we can tailor our menus to meet your specific needs. Danielle’s food was a special and important part of our yoga retreat.
Every dish was prepared with love, crafted from scratch and beautifully presented; created from an abundance of fresh herbs, vegetables, fruits and other produce.
From pressed juices at breakfast, fresh fruit platters, to Spanish-influenced brunches, vibrant salads and an incredible paella cooked by Danielle’s husband, every selection was a feast for the senses.
We felt fully nourished and fuelled by the food which supported our yoga sessions and other activities; and we have left inspired to try to emulate some of the amazing dishes we enjoyed.
Danielle was professional from the outset, she kept everything clean and well organised and mingled naturally with the guests. I highly recommend Danielle and Holistika Kitchen for your yoga retreat
