For over a decade, I’ve been nourishing retreats and intentional gatherings with food designed to support not just the body, but the nervous system, emotional balance, and the deeper work unfolding in the space.

My approach is grounded in whole-food nutrition, eating psychology, and a deep respect for the body’s natural rhythms. I believe food is more than fuel — it’s a form of care, a stabilising force, and an integral part of how people feel held on retreat.

Since 2015, Holistika Kitchen has catered for over a hundred retreats and private events across Spain and beyond. I work closely with retreat leaders to create menus that feel supportive, intuitive, and aligned with the intention of the retreat — whether that’s rest, detoxification, emotional release, or reconnection.

Whether you’re hosting a retreat, attending one, or considering joining a retreat I hold myself, my intention is the same: to create food and spaces that allow people to soften, trust, and truly receive.
