Greetings and a warm welcome to Holistika Kitchen! I am Danielle Redmond, the founder of this venture.
I’m in my early 40s and was born in London, UK, but brought up in southern Spain where I currently reside with my musician partner and our little girl.
Since 2015, I have been catering healthy food for private events, mostly retreats, and also coach individuals on a one-to-one basis to help them repair their relationship with food. If you’re curious about my services, you can explore them further by clicking here: Catering, Coaching.
I am deeply passionate about stress management, nutrition, self-love, body-positivity, health, and well-being. My personal experiences with disordered eating have inspired me to educate myself and others on personal health and wellness.
I am a certified holistic nutritionist from Hawthorn University and have studied classic culinary arts at the Swiss Global Hospitality Education Les Roches. I am also an Eating Psychology & Mind Body Eating Coach certified by the Institute for the Psychology of Eating. In addition, I have studied to become a Shiatsu Massage Therapist & EFT Master Trainer. Currently, I am undergoing a five-star Yoga Alliance certification course with RYS® Registered Harmony Yoga School to deepen my practice. I also have knowledge of Ayurvedic cooking, raw food cuisine, medicinal food, and more.
Being an avid traveler, I have visited 44 countries across 6 continents, which has given me valuable insights and a unique perspective on health and wellness. My diverse range of skills enables me to support individuals in achieving their optimal health.
