Detox is often misunderstood as something harsh or restrictive. In reality, the body is constantly detoxifying — through digestion, the liver, lymphatic flow, breath, sleep, and the nervous system.

Detox is not something we do to the body — itʼs something we allow. By reducing overload and gently supporting the liver, lymph, and gut, the bodyʼs natural intelligence is able to rebalance, release, and restore itself. Every element of the retreat is designed to support the body’s existing detox systems, rather than override them.

A Thoughtfully Phased Journey
This retreat unfolds across three intentional phases, allowing the body and nervous system to adapt, release, and integrate at a natural pace. This retreat unfolds across a 5-day core journey, with an optional 2-day integration extension available for those who wish to stay through the 24th.
Arrival & Settling
The retreat begins with intentional down-regulation. Grounding practices, orientation to the space, and simplified whole-food nourishment gently ease digestive load without force. This phase is designed to help your nervous system land and stabilise, creating the safety required for effective detoxification.
Active Reset
The core phase of the programme. Digestive load is intentionally reduced through simplified, plant-forward whole-food meals while lymphatic movement and somatic practices support circulation and elimination. Liver support is introduced only after drainage pathways are open, allowing detoxification to occur safely and effectively — without force, restriction, or overwhelm.
Integration
The final phase is about consolidation and sustainability. Fermented foods, prebiotic-rich nourishment, and thoughtful reintroduction protocols support microbiome resilience, while continued regulation practices allow physical and emotional shifts to integrate. You leave not only lighter, but clearer — with a structured, realistic framework to carry forward at home.
A Gentle Daily Rhytm
The retreat follows a clear daily structure, held in a gentle and intentionally paced way — offering both rhythm and plenty of space to rest, integrate, and listen to the body.
Mornings
Days begin with a grounding practice or gentle movement, followed by nourishing breakfast or detox support. Mornings are unhurried, with space after breakfast to settle, rest, or simply be.
Late Mornings
Late mornings may include a workshop, therapeutic session, or guided practice connected to the detox process and nervous-system regulation.
MIDDAY
After lunch, there is spacious free time to rest, walk, journal, swim, or receive optional one-to-one treatments.
AFTERNOONS
Afternoons are lighter and integrative. On some days, workshops or group sessions are offered in the late afternoon, aligned with the current phase of the retreat.
EVENINGS
Evenings include light nourishment, followed by a calm and restorative practice such as breathwork, meditation, sound healing, or Yoga Nidra. Rest is considered a core part of the programme.
Throughout the retreat, workshops and educational sessions explore foundations of nervous-system regulation and breath, release-based somatic practices held with self-compassion, and guided integration work with the emotional body. Alongside this, practical guidance is shared on digestion, detoxification, microbiome health, food rhythms, and post-retreat aftercare. These are embodied, practical tools designed to be taken home and gently woven into everyday life — always held with care, safety, and integration at the centre.

The retreat takes place in a lovingly restored Mediterranean home set in the hills of southern Spain All rooms are calm and designed for rest. All include en-suite bathroom and private sitting areas.
