A calmer, kinder relationship with food
Personal nutrition consultations with Danielle, online, wherever you are.

Where we start
Most people who come to me already know a lot about nutrition. They’ve read the books, tried the plans, cut things out and added things in. What they’re missing isn’t information. It’s an approach that fits their real life, their body and the way they actually feel around food.
My work brings together holistic nutrition and the psychology of eating. We look at what you eat, but also how and why: your energy, your digestion, your stress, your habits, and the stories you carry about food. Nothing harsh, nothing restrictive, and no rules for the sake of rules.
What people come to me with
- Feeling tired all the time, or crashing in the afternoon
- Cravings, especially in the evening
- Digestion that never quite feels settled
- Stress, poor sleep, and how they show up in your eating
- Changes in energy and mood through different stages of life, including perimenopause
- Feeling stuck in a cycle of being “good” and then “bad” with food
- Simply wanting to eat well without it feeling like hard work

About Danielle
Danielle Redmond
Holistic nutritionist and Mind Body Eating Coach
I trained in holistic nutrition with Hawthorn University and as a Mind Body Eating Coach with the Institute for the Psychology of Eating, looking at how stress, habits and emotions shape the way we eat. For more than 10 years I have cooked for over 200 retreats, so my advice comes from the kitchen as much as from the books: practical, realistic and grounded in food you’ll actually enjoy.

Questions
Is this the right kind of support for me?
If you’d like a thoughtful, practical conversation about your eating, your energy and your relationship with food, yes. If you’re unsure, send me a message first.
Can I book follow-up sessions?
Yes. Many people find a follow-up helpful once they’ve had time to try things at home.
Which languages do you offer consultations in?
Consultations are in English.
Is this a replacement for medical advice?
No. My work complements, but doesn’t replace, care from your doctor. If you have a medical condition, please keep your doctor involved.
