This policy explains how Holistika Kitchen looks after your personal information when you visit holistikakitchen.com, get in touch, book with me or subscribe to my letters. I only collect what I need to look after you, and I never sell your information.

Who I am

What I collect and why

  • Enquiries: your name, email and message, so I can reply to you.
  • Bookings for Replenish or a consultation: your contact and booking details, so I can manage your booking. Payments are handled by Stripe, and I never see your full card details.
  • Letters from the Kitchen: your name and email, only if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.
  • Browsing: only the basic technical information needed to run the website.

I use this information to answer you, to provide what you've booked, with your consent for the newsletter, and to keep the accounting records the law requires.

Health information

For a retreat or consultation you may share dietary needs, allergies, health conditions or pregnancy. I use this only to prepare your food safely and support you well, and only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who I share it with

Only the services that help me run Holistika Kitchen, and only what they need: Lovable (website), Namecheap (email), Stripe (payments), MailerLite (newsletter), the retreat venue for your stay, my gestor, and public authorities where the law requires it. Where any of these store data outside the European Economic Area, they use safeguards approved under European law.

How long I keep it

Only as long as I need it: enquiries for up to two years, booking and payment records for as long as Spanish tax law requires, health information until your retreat or consultation is over, and newsletter details until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask me to access, correct or delete your information, to limit or object to how I use it, or for a copy of it. Write to hello@holistikakitchen.com and I'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
