Permission to stop
When was the last time you had five whole days that were entirely yours?
Perhaps life has been particularly full: the work, the family, the plans, the hundred small details nobody else sees. Or perhaps you simply feel ready for a little space.
Replenish is an invitation to step into a slower rhythm. To enjoy delicious food without having to think about preparing it. To rest without feeling guilty, and to move because it feels good, not because you should. To share laughter and long lunches with good company, and still have all the quiet time you want.
And to go home rested, understanding your body a little better than when you arrived.

A little note from me
Over the past ten years, I've been part of more than 200 retreats, cooking alongside wonderful yoga and Pilates teachers, learning from inspiring practitioners and discovering what truly helps people feel well.
Replenish brings together the very best of those experiences: my favourite practices, my most-loved nutrition workshops and, of course, the food I love to cook and share.
Each of the five days has its own rhythm and purpose.
We begin by giving your body space to settle, with gentle movement, breathwork, massage, the option of an invigorating ice bath, and beautiful, nourishing food.
As you start to unwind, we explore the things that can make such a difference to how you feel: why your energy fluctuates, the connection between digestion and mood, and how to nourish your body through the different stages of life.
Nothing complicated or overwhelming. Just interesting conversations, practical insights and those lovely moments when things suddenly make sense.
By Sunday, my hope is that you'll leave feeling deeply rested, energised and more connected to your body, with a handful of simple, sustainable habits to carry into everyday life.
It's the retreat I've wanted to host for a very long time.

Long tables, seasonal food and nowhere else to be.
Why Replenish
What makes Replenish different
Food that nourishes
Mediterranean, seasonal and generous, and designed with steady energy, digestion and calm in mind. The menu is vegetarian, with eggs. Nothing restrictive, nothing to count, and you'll never be hungry.
Lunch ends with a sobremesa, the Spanish habit of staying at the table long after the plates are cleared, talking, laughing and in no hurry at all.
Wisdom to take home
On each of the four days, I sit down with the group for a short, practical session. Not a lecture or a list of things to cut out, just a clear, friendly look at why you feel the way you do, and the small changes that make the biggest difference once you're home.
Feel it in your body
Mornings start with gentle movement, such as Qi Gong and yoga, and evenings bring breathwork, yin, somatic work or a sound bath. You'll have a lymphatic drainage massage, and an invigorating ice bath if you'd like one. Afternoons are yours: the salt pools, the spa, a book in the shade or a visit to the donkeys. Each day ends with everyone gathered outside to watch the sun go down over the hills.
“I expected healthy food to mean small portions and a lot of green. Instead every meal was generous, colourful and full of flavour :) I ate more than I do at home and I felt lighter and more energetic than I had in months.”
“Danielle is lovely and professional. She explained the why behind the dishes and how they supported us and our bodies. I finally understood what my body actually needed and the small changes she suggested have stuck.”
“Danielle’s meals were colorful, full of flavor and I never went hungry. Her warmth came through in every plate. She makes everything with love and a smile, and it goes far beyond simply cooking meals for us.”

Thursday · Settle
The first workshop, massages begin in the afternoon, and restorative yoga and breathwork close the day.
Why you're so tired. Understand what is behind the afternoon slump and the evening cravings, and simple ways to support steadier energy through the day.
Friday · Nourish
Gut health and mood, a kitchen demonstration, and an evening sound bath.
Your gut and your mood. Discover how your digestion shapes the way you feel, and ways of eating that can support a calmer stomach and mind.

A longer morning practice, hormones and food, and a long-table lunch in the garden that is the heart of the retreat. A candlelit dinner to end it.
Hormones, sleep and stress. See how they shape your energy and mood at every stage of life, including perimenopause, and the foods that can support you along the way.
Sunday · Take it home
A slow brunch, the fourth workshop (your plan for home), a closing circle, and departures by 14:00.
Your plan for home. Turn these five days into a few simple habits you will actually keep, so the way you feel on Sunday comes home with you.
An optional ice bath is offered during the retreat, for anyone who'd like to try it.

Your host
Danielle Redmond
Danielle is a holistic nutritionist and Mind Body Eating Coach who has cooked for and helped to organise more than 200 wellness retreats in Mallorca, Andalusia and beyond since 2015, for yoga and Pilates teachers, retreat centres and private clients. She trained in hospitality at Les Roches, studied holistic nutrition with Hawthorn University, and trained as a Mind Body Eating Coach with the Institute for the Psychology of Eating.
Her food is Mediterranean, seasonal and generous: the kind of cooking that leaves people feeling both well fed and well. Replenish brings the best of what she has learned into five days of her own.
The setting
House of Inquiry, Mijas
A quiet retreat centre on sixteen acres in the hills above the Costa del Sol. Five houses sit among the gardens, with the Mediterranean to the south and the Mijas mountains rising behind. The grounds are full of fruit trees, and the pace is unhurried.
You will have gentle company, too: the centre's two miniature donkeys, Divya and Toffee, trained as emotional support animals and always happy to be visited.
Two salt-water pools, a spa with a jacuzzi and steam bath, a meditation room and a fireplace room for slower evenings. Fuengirola's beach is ten to fifteen minutes away, and Málaga airport about half an hour by car. In early May, days are around 23°C and evenings are fresh.
