Replenish: Booking Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 1 October 2026
About these terms
These terms apply to Replenish, a Holistika Kitchen Retreat, 5–9 May 2027 at House of Inquiry, Mijas, Málaga. They form the agreement between you (“you”, the guest) and Danielle Redmond, trading as Holistika Kitchen (“we”, “us”), NIF X1274636E, Barrio Santana 58, Mijas, Málaga, Spain.
We’ve written them in plain English because we’d like you to actually read them. They exist so that you know exactly what to expect, and so that we can look after everyone fairly. By paying your deposit, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.
If anything is unclear, please ask before you book: hello@holistikakitchen.com.
1. Booking and payment
Prices. All prices are per person, for four nights, and include VAT.
- Sharing: €1,770 (early bird €1,670)
- Solo: €2,170 (early bird €2,070)
Early bird prices apply to bookings made by 31 December 2026.
Securing your place. Your place is confirmed once we have received your €500 deposit and sent you a confirmation email. The deposit is non-refundable (see section 2).
Paying the balance. You can pay the balance in one payment, or in monthly instalments taken on the 1st of each month. Either way, the full balance is due by 1 March 2027. If you book on or after 1 March 2027, the full price is due at the time of booking.
Missed payments. If an instalment fails, we’ll get in touch and give you 14 days to settle it. If it still isn’t paid, we may release your place, and this will be treated as a cancellation by you under section 2.
Rooms. You choose sharing or solo when you book. Danielle then places each guest personally in a specific room, about two weeks before the retreat, taking into account mobility, stairs, walking distance and who is travelling together. Please tell us anything that would help when you book. Sharing means a twin with a friend or another guest, or a double for two booking together. Solo means a room of your own, either a double or a twin. Some rooms are in separate houses, up to about a five-minute walk down the hill.
Early-booking gift. Guests who book by 31 January 2027 receive a private 60-minute online nutrition consultation with Danielle before the retreat (held in April 2027). It has no cash value and can’t be exchanged or refunded.
Bring a friend. If you book together with a friend, you each receive an additional massage during the retreat. This has no cash value.
2. If you need to cancel
We know life changes. Because we commit to the house, our team and our food well in advance, we can’t offer full refunds, but we’ve tried to keep this fair, and to give you a choice.
Please cancel in writing by email to hello@holistikakitchen.com. Your cancellation date is the day we receive your email.
- Cancel before 5 April 2027: you can move everything you’ve paid beyond the €500 deposit to credit towards a future Holistika Kitchen retreat or any of our other services, such as nutrition consultations, private catering or online programmes, or take a 50% refund of it instead. Credit is valid for 24 months from the original retreat date.
- Cancel on or after 5 April 2027: no refund or credit, but you’re welcome to pass your place to a friend (see below).
The deposit is non-refundable in all cases where you cancel.
Passing your place to someone else. At any time up to 7 days before the retreat, you’re welcome to pass your place to a friend at no charge. They’ll need to accept these terms and complete the guest form, and any money owed between you is settled between the two of you. Room allocation may change if they need something different.
Changing between sharing and solo. You can move between sharing and solo, subject to availability. Any difference in price is paid or credited at the time.
Not arriving, or leaving early. We can’t offer refunds for days or activities you don’t take part in, including if you arrive late or leave early.
Your legal right to withdraw. Under Spanish consumer law, the usual 14-day right to change your mind does not apply to leisure services booked for specific dates, such as this retreat. The cancellation terms above apply instead.
We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation (see section 6).
3. If we need to cancel or make changes
If we cancel because too few people have booked. We’ll tell you by 1 March 2027 and refund everything you have paid us, including your deposit, within 14 days.
If circumstances outside our control stop the retreat. If the retreat can’t go ahead because of something beyond our control, such as extreme weather, serious illness in our team, travel restrictions or the venue becoming unavailable, you can choose either a full refund of everything you’ve paid us, including your deposit, within 14 days, or a place on a future Holistika Kitchen retreat or credit of the same value towards any of our other services, such as nutrition consultations, private catering or online programmes. Credit is valid for 24 months from the original retreat date. We’ll let you know as early as we possibly can.
We can’t cover flights, other travel or accommodation you’ve booked yourself, so we recommend booking flexible or refundable travel and taking out insurance.
Changes to the programme. We plan every detail with care, but a retreat is a living thing. We may need to adjust the timetable, swap a session, or replace a teacher or therapist with someone equally qualified. If we ever need to make a significant change to what you’ve booked, such as a different venue or dates, we’ll tell you straight away and you can choose to accept the change or cancel for a full refund.
Rooms. Occasionally we may need to move you to a different room of the same type, or better, than the one we first allocated.

5. Your health and wellbeing
This is not medical care. Replenish offers nourishing food, rest, gentle movement and nutrition education. It is not a medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment, and nothing shared during the retreat replaces advice from your doctor or another qualified professional.
Telling us about your health. When you book, we’ll ask you to complete a short guest form about your health, any medication, injuries, pregnancy, mobility and dietary needs. Please be open with us: it helps us look after you properly and place you in the right room. If anything changes before the retreat, let us know. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether the retreat is right for you, please check with your doctor before booking.
Taking part. Every activity is optional. Please listen to your body, rest when you need to, and tell the teacher or therapist about any injury or condition before a session. You take part in movement, massage, the pools, the spa and any optional activities at your own risk and within your own limits.
Food and dietary needs. The menu is vegetarian, with eggs. Tell us about allergies, intolerances or other dietary needs when you book, and we’ll make sure your meals work for you. Our kitchen handles common allergens, including nuts, gluten, dairy and eggs, so we can’t guarantee that any dish is completely free of trace amounts. If you have a severe allergy, please speak to Danielle before booking.
If you’re unwell during the retreat. We’ll help you find medical care if you need it. Any medical costs are your own (or your insurer’s).
6. Travel insurance
Please take out travel insurance when you book, covering cancellation, medical care, travel disruption and personal belongings. It’s the best protection for you if your plans change.
7. Being together
Replenish is a shared space, and part of what makes it restful is that everyone feels at ease. We ask every guest to be respectful of others, the team, the house and its neighbours. Guests must be 18 or over. We may ask a guest to leave, without a refund, if their behaviour puts others’ safety or wellbeing at risk. We hope we never need this clause.
The venue is home to three miniature donkeys, Divya, Toffee and Shiva. Please follow the team’s guidance when spending time with them.
8. Responsibility and belongings
We take great care in everything we do, and we are responsible for the services we provide. We are not responsible for loss, injury or damage that results from your own actions, from not following guidance, or from events outside our reasonable control. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings, so please keep valuables with you. You are responsible for any damage you cause to the venue beyond normal use. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Spanish or EU consumer law.
9. Your privacy and photos
We use the details you share only to organise your retreat and look after you. Health and dietary information is shared only with the team members who need it. We never sell your details. If you’d like to receive our newsletter, we’ll ask you separately.
We may take photos during the retreat to share the experience. We will always ask before sharing any image in which you can be identified, and you’re welcome to say no.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If there’s ever a problem, please talk to us first; we’d much rather put it right together.
